What a terrific series. It started out slow, but it’s definitely smart and high-brow. Excited to hear that Netflix extended the series. What I didn’t care for, or thought was a huge miss was Netflix’s marketing for it. There was so much hype when they decided to spend $78mm to create the show and then… nothing. They needed to run ads for it, even on their own site. If you search for the show, it shows up after the original UK series. That’s just poor work on Netflix’s end for a show they spent so much on.

Anyway, the show itself shows a great inside the beltway view of politics and how every maneuver connects with another. Absolutely loved the relationship between Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright. Hadn’t see something that original in  a long time.
