I really like musicals. It’s one of those little things that make me smile. Just the innocence, dated nature of old Hollywood coming together. Plus the simplicities of society that I’m not sure if it ever existed but in film it’s still fun to watch such as a 2 day engagement after a first encounter and then marriage. And as much as I prefer Gene Kelly, watching Fred and Ginger dance is like magic.
