It felt like a missed opportunity. The storyline was boring (think more West Wing than Glory). The camera and shot selection contrived and pacing slow. The standouts were a brilliant performance by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/name\/nm0000358\/\">Daniel Day-Lewis<\/a>. The more I see of him, the more he might be one of the best actors of our generation. Another great performance by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/name\/nm0000169\/\">Tommy Lee Jones<\/a>. He really surprised me and knowing the school-book history of Lincoln and Stevens, that part of the story worked well. But overall, not worth your time.
