Everyone knows the story of the devastating tsunami. So when it actually hits, the way it’s shot and more importantly the sound just made it so shocking and raw. It’s painful to watch. But after that scene, the rest of the film felt a bit clumsy. Granted there’s a lot of shock and awe. Especially as a parent watching this with scenes of searching for your child is just unfathomable. But then I felt it got really sloppy at the end when they replayed some of the tsunami footage. It was just overkill.<\/p>\n
