So how in the world did this film NOT receive an Oscar nomination? I found it to be amazingly original in it’s storytelling and styling while playing off all of the stereotypes of how to construct an animated film. It was entertaining thoughout the film, I don’t remember a single moment where it felt slow. The characters were well constructed in who they were and those little yellow guys are iconic.<\/p>\n

Definitely worth checking out, even if you don’t have kids.<\/p>\n
