This is a film that gets better by age. Maybe because my memory of it is a couple of years before I Euro-Railed across Europe. It’s one of those films that’s so deeply ingrained to a period of one’s life, to what life is before it turns into life. Even though there are scenes where Ethan Hawk is just plain annoying, the charm and witty dialogue makes up for it. Plus to see how these characters have aged feels very personal.
