The premise is interesting, a bit like a back story to a super hero comic. But only if it followed that path. It has such perfect comic book hero/anti-hero emotions but it just never gets there. Also, yet another one of those films with a steady-cam or found footage. At least this one was more interesting as they used surveillance cameras and any other footage.
