First off, you can watch the entire documentary above. It’s an interesting take on all of the documentaries out about the financial collapse, capitalism, politics, etc. To etch it on one street and specifically one building. However, I wished he would have spent more time contrasting the Park Avenue in the Bronx versus the one on the Upper East Side. That was the hope and how it began and yet the entire film is really about the residents of one building.
