It’s amazing how formulaic all action films used to be. And with them getting intellectual, it’s nice to grasp onto my childhood with this greatest hits Expendables format. It’s fun, mindless and reminds me of all of the great films each of these actors were in during my adolescence. Now we’re only missing Charles Bronson and it would be complete.
