Coffee and Cigarettes
★★★
Director: Jim Jarmusch
Year: 2003
I had always wanted to watch this film, mostly for the variety of characters as well as I like Jim Jarmusch. But there’s a lot of formulaic cinematography and vignettes. But overall, it needs to be viewed as a series of stage shorts, or that’s the way I saw it. Absolutely loved the vignette with stunning woman reading weaponry magazines from various guns to knives. Also love that I came across a film by the same name by Paul Thomas Anderson from the 90s.
