This is my FAVORITE film for 2010. It would get my vote for Best Picture. It’s that good. Watch it!

This is also Darren Aronofsky‘s best film of the year.  That’s right, he helped produce it. And he was supposed to direct this, but decided to direct Black Swan instead.

The cast deserves all of the Oscar nominations they received. Christian Bale is absolutely incredible. To watch his performance and to think that this guy is Batman, let alone he was Patrick Bateman, is absolutely amazing. His range as an actor is just unbelievable.

The same goes for Amy Adams and Melissa Leo. I never liked Amy Adams but she transformed herself in this role. And Melissa Leo, I loved her in Homicide and she was unbelievable in this role, although it reminded me of Edie Falco in the Soprano’s. But that’s a good thing.
