Clearly, the best thing about this film is the film poster! A nice retro Hitchcock styling that set expectations for the film. Unfortunately, this was one of the most boring, slow tempo’d mess of a film in a while. I don’t understand how some critics gave it such high marks when the plot barely exists and wasn’t original (spy-like persona takes his last job and hopes to retire).

The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1, is the cinematography made up for some of the mess. But what would you expect from a film shot in Italy, even that would have been difficult to screw up. Worth avoiding.
